Senior IT Business Partner (Digital Solutions)

We are looking for a strategic IT Business Partner to serve as the vital link between our business units and our technology teams. In this role, you won't just be managing requirements; you will be driving digital transformation within the banking and financial services sector.

You will sit at the intersection of strategy and execution, collaborating with IT Project Managers, Business Analysts, and key Stakeholders to deliver scalable, value-driven technology solutions that align with our long-term business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Alignment & Digital Transformation:

Bridge the Gap: Act as the primary liaison between business units and IT, ensuring technological solutions directly support commercial objectives.

Identify Opportunities: Proactively identify digital trends and opportunities for innovation, defining clear KPIs to measure the success of transformation initiatives.

Investment Planning: Collaborate with leadership on IT budgets, business cases, and investment planning to ensure resources are allocated effectively.

Delivery & Execution:

Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Guide diverse teams to deliver scalable solutions using Agile frameworks and modern service management practices.

Adoption & Engagement: Champion the adoption of new digital tools and strategies to enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency.

Governance & Risk: Monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and ensure full compliance with governance standards and disaster recovery protocols.

Leadership & People Management:

Team Development: Allocate tasks, provide mentorship, and support the career development of team members.

Performance Management: specific provide constructive feedback, coaching, and performance reviews to foster a high-performance culture.

Required Qualifications

Education:

B.Tech. Bachelor in Technology

B.E - Bachelor in Engineering

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology

MCA Degree in Computer Science

Experience:

8–12 years in Banking or Financial Services (Required). You have a proven track record in IT business partnership, project management, and digital transformation.

Technical Knowledge:

You are well-versed in software development methodologies, infrastructure/network design, FinTech products, and risk/compliance standards.

Certifications (Preferred)

PMP (Project Management Professional)
ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library)
Prince2
Or equivalent industry certifications.
