This is here simply for legal reasons. At ACCESSYSTEM® we consistently deliver what we promise and leave our customers happy with our support & service. However, should you have any concerns or if you are interested in your legal rights then please read through the following. The term ‘ACCESSYSTEM®’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the website whose registered office. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website.

Whilst we embark on taking all due care in the use/support of your computer/server/network devices, ACCESSYSTEM® cannot guarantee this service will resolve the IT problem or that the attempt to resolve technical issues will not cause additional problems requiring an onsite or back‐to‐base support call. ACCESSYSTEM® is not liable for any consequential damages and it is the Client’s responsibility to backup all applications and Data prior to the Remote Support Session or the Client has to inform the Support Technician to take the Backup before starting the troubleshooting.

The ability for ACCESSYSTEM® to remotely access your PC/Computer/Laptop significantly enhances our ability to resolve your technical problem quickly.You understand that, by requesting such assistance, you are providing ACCESSYSTEM® technical support personnel with access to and control of your PC/Computer/Laptop.
By doing so, you could be providing ACCESSYSTEM® technical support personnel with access to files that reside on your PC/Computer/Laptop therefore, you accept responsibility for any changes made to the PC/Computer/Laptop/Desktop content or system settings. ACCESSYSTEM® does not assume and is not responsible for any liability for the linking and viewing of any PC/Computer/Laptop/Desktop content, the operation of the remote access application/software or system performance.
ACCESSYSTEM® recommends that, for your security and privacy, you exit any open applications/file that contain personal or company confidential information before initiating a remote support session with the ACCESSYSTEM® representative. ACCESSYSTEM® further recommends that you remain seated at your PC/Computer/Laptop/Desktop through out the entire remote session.
By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you acknowledge that remote intervention may in some cases resulting in Data loss and/or application/software corruption on your PC/Computer/Laptop/Desktop therefore ACCESSYSTEM® explicitly recommends that you backup the Data from your PC/Computer/Laptop/Desktop before accepting remote technical support. If you do not Backup your Data, you run the possibility of irretrievable loss of such Data and ACCESSYSTEM® will not be liable for any Data or Extra Cost incurred from Third-Parties,how ever caused.
Client is requested to please close any personal or confidential information on your screen, as the Support Technician will be viewing your PC/Computer/Laptop/Desktop.

ACCESSYSTEM® uses the Application/Software such as ‘Teamviewer’, ‘Any Desk’ or ‘Logmein’ to provide remote assistance and technical support.

When you have agreed to use our remote service, you will need to initiate a secure connection with one of our support engineers.
In order to create this connection, you will have to download the Application/Software from link give below or the link that is emailed to you or the Application/Software will already have been installed at your consent.
After use,the Application/Software installed can either be removed from your PC/Computer/Laptop/Desktop or left on for future use in either an activated or deactivated state. This choice is yours and you should indicate to the ACCESSYSTEM® technical support representative which option you prefer.
